We are proud to announce that the Atelier has been awarded the City of Versailles Prix du Ravalement.

This distinction recognises the restoration of the envelope and roof of a house in the Glatigny district of Versailles. Built in 1875 in a Neo‑classical idiom and subtly incorporating Louis XV‑style decorative motifs, the building—now converted into apartments—has regained its original character thanks to a restoration carried out in strict accordance with traditional craft techniques.

The project was the subject of a careful architectural study conducted in consultation with the Architectes des Bâtiments de France and the Versailles Urban Planning Department to determine the most appropriate traditional restoration methods for each element.

This prize honours the commitment of the co‑owners, the contractor’s expertise and the meticulous supervision by the project manager. Together, these partners celebrate a respectful approach to heritage and an exemplary team effort.
