Why Us?
Our support
Every project is unique and deserves individual attention. We take the time to listen to your wishes, understand your lifestyle and constraints, and design a bespoke project that honours both your property's character and your aspirations.
1. Diagnostics & technical studies
Detailed condition survey, pathology diagnostics (cracks, leaks), feasibility studies and preliminary cost estimates for shareholders’/general meeting votes.
From design to handover, we manage voted projects end‑to‑end: drawings, administrative filings, contractor tendering, site supervision and drawdown management.
3. Façade renovation & restoration
Restoration of façades on listed buildings and within protected conservation areas; on‑site façade works while occupied; repair of architectural mouldings; replacement of external joinery sympathetic to the original.
4. Roofs & timber structures
Assessment and structural repair of historic timber roofs; re‑covering in slate, zinc or tile; waterproofing works; construction or refurbishment of dormers and roof outlets.
5. Communal areas
Preparation of grant applications (ANAH, Fondation du Patrimoine), planning authorisations, liaison with the Architectes des Bâtiments de France (ABF), and presentations to the co‑ownership management committee and the general meeting.
